Description:

Machine Learning manager are responsible for the overall planning of machine learning topic. According to customer needs and business goals, they design customized machine learning and deep learning architectures, covering data storage, processing, analysis, training and other aspects, ensuring the feasibility, efficiency and scalability of the solutions, and implementing them.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Programming background, including but not limited to Python, C/C++.Understanding of common programming knowledge.Used common IDEs, including but not limited to Pycharm, visual studio, etc.Understand common programming design patterns, such as singleton mode, proxy mode, etc.Understand common software design patterns in programming, such as MVC, etc.Responsible for LLM pre-training, Instruction Tuning and RLHF pipeline design and realization which help accelerate the LLM outcome.Design the automatic machine learning pipeline(Data processing->Training->Evaluation->Deployment).Rich programming experience, including but not limited to web development, tool chain development, custom data format data parsing, etc.Have a high sense of responsibility and be responsible for the results.

 
Requirements and Qualifications:

Required Experience and special skills:

Advance knowledge in automotive communication protocol database processing(arxml, dbc, etc).Experienced in project specific log files with different format data parsing(.blf, .cvw, .asc, ,MF4).ADAS functions’ (OD, LD, TSR, AEB, ACC, LDW, TSR, HW-NOA, Parking etc.) understanding is desired.Working knowledge of ADAS feature functional.Knowledge of fundamental continuous integration concept in automotive industry, demonstrable experience with continuous integration tools tailored for software development, such as Jenkins or similar platforms.Hands on experience with a range of relevant DevOps tools and techniques.Working knowledge of product development and product testing engineering practices in software development field is a plus.Professional knowledge of Open3D, big data analysis, AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data mining is a plus.

Required Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mechatronics, automotive, statistics, mathematics or equivalent.

 
Required Computer Skills

Strong Professional experience in C/C++, Python.Develop experience with working Linux/Ubuntu.Advanced skills in data analysis libraries, tools and methods.

Language Knowledge

Proficiency in English is better (speaking & writing).

Methodological Knowledge

Working knowledge in planned and structured approach.Working knowledge of problem-solving techniques.Working knowledge of Codebeamer, PTC.
