ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Quality Assurance by inspecting the products and escalating any quality issues.Conducts 2-hour visual checks as required.Continuously monitors Injection Machines' production and packs product.Ensures Injection Machine production is continuously and properly maintained and escalates any machine/production related issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team.Ensures boxes are properly filled.Tapes and labels full boxes.Uses label maker/barcode scanners.Applies and maintains integrity of labels.Stacks full boxes on pallet.Continuously monitors Secondary equipment (conveyors, closing machines, grinders, bowls, carrousels, box shifters).Ensures secondary equipment is continuously and properly maintained and escalates any machine/production related issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team.Removes any jammed parts from closing machines.Completes required documentation.Follows 5S Daily Cleaning Checklist and escalates safety issues.Tracks productivity and quality findings.Supports and maintains all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.Being aware of conditions that affect employee safety QualificationsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent1 year of experience in manufacturing or injection molding, preferredRegularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.Standing/ walking for long periods of time Additional InfoStarting Pay: $16.50
