What this job involves:
As a Program Delivery Manager for Moves Adds Changes (MAC) at JLL, you will provide service line oversight, supplier management, and financial reporting for all MAC activities while reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager overseeing Integrated Facility Management. This strategic leadership role combines project management excellence with vendor performance management, requiring you to lead complex cross-functional projects, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional workplace solutions by understanding customer experiences, reducing defects, streamlining services, and adding value while supporting both individual moves and team relocations alongside daily ticket services and data management for client seat assignments.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead medium to large complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using formal PMO processes while facilitating charter development and integrated timelinesMaintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution while ensuring on-site presence and vendor team project performance criteria are metIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risks while facilitating key communication meetings for programs and projectsManage program-related MBR reporting and financial tracking/reporting while overseeing internal and external relationships in support of programsAssume lead role representing the service line within IFM team while demonstrating high energy and ability to energize others for improved performanceProvide consultation on complex medium to large scale projects that integrate into organized programs while ensuring successful delivery of objectivesSupervise staff recruitment, selection, promotion, and performance management while preparing and delivering performance appraisals and mentoring team members.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in relevant fieldMinimum three years of related experience in project management or facilities operationsExperience in relocation project management with prior supervisory experienceAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents with effective communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles with ability to forecast and prepare budgetsStrong process skills, decision-making, and analytical abilities with demonstrated project management expertiseIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience in Integrated Facility Management or MAC service deliveryBackground in vendor management and performance optimizationKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and customer experience enhancementExperience with MBR reporting and financial analysis in facilities managementFamiliarity with conflict resolution and client relationship managementExperience managing cross-functional teams and complex program delivery.Location: Onsite
