Kforce has a client in McLean, VA that is seeking a hybrid Mac OS Desktop Engineer to join their team. This role supports the End User Technology team and is focused on building out Mac OS support within the organization. The team currently manages the Intune environment and is expanding capabilities to include automated Mac enrollment using Apple Business Manager and Intune. Key Responsibilities: * Build and optimize Mac OS support infrastructure for enterprise use * Implement and manage automated enrollment processes via Apple Business Manager and Intune * Develop and enforce MDM policies for MacBooks * Package and deploy applications for Mac OS * Ensure compliance profiles are properly configured and maintained * Provide Tier 3 support for helpdesk tickets related to Mac OS * Offer guidance and mentorship to existing team members
