MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Program Lead, AMER, GREF – Regional Portfolio Management (RPM) AMER

As the AMER MAC Program Manager, you'll do just that by spearheading strategy for Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) across North America and LATAM. You'll be part of our Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team that oversees corporate office space and programs globally. As lead of the AMER MAC Program, you will provide managerial oversight to area move managers and an operations team in seamlessly delivering complex workplace modifications including move, launch, workplace management and space programming changes. The ideal candidate will thrive in matrixed organizations and demonstrate excellence in stakeholder management. The AMER MAC Program is part of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) delivery in the Portfolio Management org, and is tasked with executing and implementing continuous improvement in MAC delivery across AMER, and collaborating with Workplace Strategy stakeholders. The MAC Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the program, including planning, budgeting, and reporting to support corporate office locations across AMER. This role will have the latitude to innovate, pilot and recommend solutions from tech to operational workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the workplace experience for Amazon employees and drive innovation in corporate real estate management. The role will be based in Arlington, VA, Seattle, WA, or New York City and will include some travel. Key job responsibilities • Lead and develop a team of four area move managers overseeing moves execution, workplace modifications, and furniture/customer service operations • Drive strategy and execution of the Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) program, ensuring seamless coordination between move execution, customer experience, and daily operations • Manage annual program budgets, KPIs, and operational plans to ensure consistent quality standards and customer service levels across all MAC program components • Direct vendor relationships and oversee service delivery standards across all MAC program components • Partner with senior leadership, regional portfolio managers, and cross-functional teams to align MAC services with business objectives • Establish and implement scalable processes, standards, and best practices that can be replicated across the global portfolio • Lead change management initiatives to support continuous improvement in customer experience, operational efficiency, and new service implementations • Collaborate with FFE teams to optimize product supply chain and service delivery based on customer feedback and performance metrics • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of MAC processes, procedures, and best practices • Present regular program updates and recommendations to leadership teams Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of team management experience - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Bachelor's degree - A Combination of education and 6+ years experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications - Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted programs in a fast-paced environment - Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams - Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and facilities management systems Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
