Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for all space and occupancy planning, data management and FF&E activities across the client’s portfolio. This includes the management and oversight of occupancy and utilization analysis, support of site strategy solution development, recommendations for executable planning solutions and accurate real estate allocation reporting. In this role, the manager leads a team of professionals responsible for translating business requirements into effective solutions aligned with the client workplace model and real estate strategy.

Lead tactical planning and move teams; oversees space, occupancy, moves and data management services

Responsible for overall client Business Partner and Product Area relationships.  Meet regularly with client leads to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement

Supports space needs for business unit. Provides appropriate data, recommendations and analysis to support business areas in their decision-making. Reviews and analyzes business unit requests for moves (and other space modifications) and propose solutions.

Demonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options and alternatives and recommendation of the best course of action for projects, processes and overall program operations

Makes recommendations to enhance operational efficiency & service delivery.  Ability to produce program tools and deliverables which accomplish recommended solutions.

Participates in creation and maintenance of playbooks, templates and tools

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $76,469.40 - $89,964.00
