Mac Desktop Support
One of our customers is looking to hire an on-site desktop support technician to work at their support bar. The support bar is a walk up environment where associates can come in to have their computers and mobile devices serviced. They will also work off tickets that people are created by associates and contract employees. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as technical skills with all Mac devices. The environment is a mix of Windows and Mac but priority is Mac knowledge.
