The main duties and responsibilities of this role: · Coordinate all engineering work requests from other hotel departments and assign them to appropriate technicians. · Maintain and monitor preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, laundry, HVAC systems, and other hotel equipment. · Track completion of daily maintenance tasks, service orders, and guest complaints through the CMMS or manual logs. · Maintain engineering records including PPM checklists, inspection logs, compliance certificates, and inventory records. · Liaise with external contractors and vendors for service calls, repairs, inspections, and project work. **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or related field is advantage + Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in hotel engineering operations or engineering administration. + Knowledge of hotel facilities and technical systems (HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, elevators, BMS, etc.). + Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System); Opera or HotSOS experience is a plus. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. **About The Benefits** **UAE GRADES P1 - P3** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
