**Job Description:**
**[Job Objective]**
+ Shape the healthcare environment to enhance patient access for innovations through partnering with key stakeholders.
+ Develop and execute access strategies for new products/ indications in reimbursed and self-pay market and manage current product life cycle on access and pricing.
**[Key Roles & Responsibilities]**
+ Connect and engage with key stakeholders to enhance patient access to J&J innovations.
+ Maintains critical policy partner relationships and provides information to help governments and other stakeholders to solve problems.
+ Lead the team to set up and execute access strategies throughout the product life cycle for company key brands.
+ Work with cross-functional team to develop pricing proposals and business cases for gaining approval from global pricing to facilitate the access strategies.
+ Lead and provide inputs to the pre & post-market health economics, outcome research projects and IEGP including early phase clinical trial and launch evaluation.
+ Manages the pricing and reimbursement for existing products.
**[Job Requirements/Qualifications]**
+ Master’s Degree with more than 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years experience in market access/government affairs
+ Proficient reading, speaking, and writing skills in English and Chinese
+ Good interpersonal and interdisciplinary skills, ability to interact & engage internal and external customers.
+ Good ability to manage multi-tasks
+ A good people leader who brings vision, inspiration and strategic thinking to the team.
+ A strong understanding of pricing and market access regulations, dynamics and strategies across regions is preferred.
