Job Description We are seeking a proactive and skilled Systems Engineer to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in our transition from on-premises to a modern, cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and application support. This position offers the opportunity to influence and build our future tech stack using the latest cloud technologies. Job duties include managing existing servers and applications, implementing new systems and applications, and monitoring the environment. This position will be working closely with DevOps and Help Desk, providing technical assistance for both teams. Skills and Requirements · 3–5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with at least 2 years supporting Microsoft 365 environments · Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog preferred) · Strong PowerShell scripting experience for M365 administration. · Deep understanding of M365 licensing, service limits, and hybrid configuration options. · Experience with mobile device and application management using Microsoft Intune. · Be well versed in general infrastructure technology and understand public and private cloud concepts such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). · Strong project management, organizational and time management skills. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
