The IS Specialist acts as a liaison between Information Systems (IS) vendors and Nissan to ensure objectives are met within a specified technical expertise. The IS Specialist identifies IS opportunities that enable newer technologies to better support Nissan. They participate in project process reviews and audits, monitor the status of all IS development activities, and promote policies, procedures, and processes that contribute to the IS organization’s objectives.

Experience:
5 to 7 years of overall IS/IT experience
Experience working with multi-vendor technology teams.
Azure/M365 experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of PowerShell is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent. Advanced technical degree is a plus.
English advanced
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
Experience with Windows 10+ and Server 2016+.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Work with multiple business users on submitted incidents and resolve them while maintaining service levels.
Monitor service health and mitigate issues, engaging other business units or vendors as required.
Review and complete submitted requests, incidents, and other support tasks.
Participate in project-based meetings as required.
Manage and support Hybrid M365 Azure and M365 environments.
Work within the team to manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment.
Support 30,000+ users across multiple countries within the region.
