**98416BR** **Job Title:** M3 Application Architect **Department/Function:** Information Technology **Job Description:** **Application Architect** Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has an opportunity for a results-oriented **M3 Application Architect** with the Enterprise Application Services in the Global Technology Operations Group. Purpose and Scope: The Application Architect ensures that solutions within Enterprise Application Services (EAS) meet business needs, align with ADM standards, and optimize performance and cost. The **M3 Application Architect** will guide the team in designing solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for Infor M3 CloudSuite support, configuration, and development to deliver solutions aligned with project scope and business requirements. Responsibilities also include prototyping, facilitating technical sessions, and promoting emerging technologies. Job Responsibilities: + **Solution Architecture:** Lead the design of scalable, efficient, and secure M3 CloudSuite solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. + **Hands-on Proof of Concepts** : Analyze business processes to enhance the existing architecture by conducting hands on proof of concepts. + **Application Support** : Support the development of integrations and extensions using Infor technologies and provide support during critical incidents. + **Documentation** Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation in the form of Solution Design Analysis Document (SDAD) and application roadmap as projects are initiated. + **Client Engagement** : Facilitate discovery and planning sessions with internal clients to understand business needs and define solution. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. + **Project Coordination** : Work closely with Project Managers to define work breakdown structures, timelines, and deliverables. Support multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely execution. + **Compliance:** Ensure that all application architectures comply with regulatory requirements, security standards and organizational policies. Key Requirements: + **Overall Experience** : Minimum overall 10 years of experience with 5+ years in a lead role with Infor M3, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect with strong technical AND functional foundation. + **M3 ERP Implementations:** Experience with at least 3 full-cycle M3 ERP implementations, including 1+ on CloudSuite (multi-tenant). + **Demonstrate knowledge in multiple M3 modules:** + Customer & Sales: Customer Order Processing, Invoicing, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable + Finance & Accounting: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Financial Consolidation, Cash & Tax Management + Supply Chain & Operations: Production Planning, Quality Management, Inventory, Transportation, Commodity Management + **Project Management** : Experience of leading projects end-to-end including its technical aspects. + **Security & Compliance:** Understanding of security principles, data protection, and regulatory compliance. + **ERP Experience:** Familiarity with multiple ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite , SAP, JDE and homegrown is preferred. + **Solution Design:** Proven ability to design and communicate solutions using integration and infrastructure diagrams. + **Communication:** Ability to translate technology into business terms and to influence outcomes with key stakeholders.
