M3 Admin and Logistics Coordinators (6 month FTC from October 2025)
Role: M3 Admin & Logistics Coordinator- Major EventsRole Type: Contract/Freelance Location: International (event-based)  Assignment Length: Typically, 6 months. Start dates will vary dependant on event and venue  Passport: Must be valid with at least 6 months remaining

We’re looking for M3 Admin and Logistics Coordinators  to help us deliver energy solutions for these high-profile events.

We work with global partners such as Formula 1,and have supported multi-venue events including major football competition and the Olympics. We deliver energy solutions for the biggest and most complex events in the global spotlight.

What you will do: 

Coordinate the mobilization and de-mobilization of equipment and materials to and from event venues.Serve as the main logistics contact, ensuring smooth communication across teams and locations.Manage transportation logistics, including overland shipping, customs compliance, and import documentation.Maintain accurate records and trackers for shipments, schedules, and equipment arrivals.Oversee logistics-related insurance, invoicing, and claims processes.Support venue operations by organizing equipment needs and collaborating with regional teams

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Detail-Oriented and Organized: Able to maintain precise records and track complex logistics, ensuring that all equipment and materials are in the right place at the right time.Strong Communicator: Skilled in liaising with both internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and clear communication across all levels of logistics operations.Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying potential issues and finding effective solutions to ensure smooth operations, even in high-pressure environments.Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics: Familiar with managing shipments, coordinating transportation (air, sea, land), and handling the documentation and customs procedures associated with international logistics.Regulatory Knowledge: Understands compliance with customs regulations, insurance requirements, and invoicing for global shipments, ensuring full adherence to legal and safety standards.Team-Oriented: Capable of acting as the central point of contact for logistics personnel, managing multiple moving parts while maintaining a high level of coordination and efficiency.
