Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. **Duration:** Full Time only **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using IBM Ace ESB and iPaaS technologies to enhance business processes. + Oversee the architectural design and pattern development to ensure scalable and efficient system architectures. + Provide expertise in SOA and RDBMS to optimize data management and service-oriented architectures. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. + Develop and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. + Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes enhancing operational efficiency. + Utilize ESQL and IBM Integration Bus to build and manage integration flows and message processing. + Design and implement REST APIs and SOAP services to facilitate communication between disparate systems. + Apply Java and PL/SQL skills to develop and maintain backend systems and databases. + Utilize JSON and XML for data interchange and system integration. + Ensure solutions align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization. + Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest technology trends and applying them to improve existing systems. + Support the business by providing technical guidance and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in SOA RDBMS and integration technologies such as IBM Ace and ESB. + Demonstrate expertise in architectural design and patterns with a focus on security and scalability. + Have experience in DevOps practices and tools to enhance development and deployment processes. + Show proficiency in ESQL Java and PL/SQL for backend development and integration tasks. + Exhibit knowledge of REST APIs SOAP services JSON and XML for system communication and data interchange. + Have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Annuities Insurance. + Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. **Certifications Required** IBM Certified Solution Developer TOGAF Certification Java SE 8 Programmer **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
