We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Industry Development Manager in our office in Mölnlycke. You will own and drive the growth strategies in the Metal and Mining (M&M) industry, in this case Level Instruments, globally and across relevant world regions. We look forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Work closely with Leadership, Sales Channel and Level Product Management to identify growth opportunities. + Collect Competitive Intelligence for the industry space, including technology trends. Understand our competitors’ industry strategies in detail and define our winning industry strategy. + Improve sales efficiency in the Industry through the identification of industry trends, key applications, and target customers, the sharing of knowledge and success stories, improving communications across project and account teams. + Collaborate with the Product Management team to provide insights for improvement of existing product offering or the need for new products and solutions + Assist with price management in the assigned industry including market and competitive price trends + Plan and execute the Industry content, sales tools, campaigns, training material etc including content supported by Integrated Marketing and the Radar New Markets Market Development Teams + Collaborate with the Global Measurement Solutions Strategic Accounts team to provide support to relevant Strategic Accounts activities including Frame Agreements, Campaigns **Who You Are:** You communicate the vision with a sense of purpose about the future. You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Minimum 3 years of proven experience + Understanding of the selling and marketing process; Familiarity with industry standards and approvals + Fundamental understanding of business structure and finance; Direct sales experience at a customer management level + Ability to compile and deliver an audience specific message + Strong interpersonal skills – both verbal and written, Fluency in Swedish + Willingness to travel 50% of the time + Ability to plan and complete optimally **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + A strong understanding of Level Measurement and automation technologies and relevant industry dynamics + Experience in M&M would be an advantage If this sounds like you, please apply.
