Job Description:

M&M’S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2025 Winter Season!  This position will be from September 2025 to early January 2026.

This position pays $17.00 per hour.

Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week from mid-September through early January, including weekends and holidays. For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.

Job Overview:

Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Mon - Sat: 10am - 9pm

Sun: 11am - 7pm

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
