CTG is seeking a M-Files Document Management Systems Analyst to work on a hybrid long term contract to hire job in Lévis.
Location: Levis, Quebec, Canada
40 hours/week, hybrid 3 days onsite at Lévis
**Job Description**
As a M-Files Document Management Systems Analyst, you are primarily responsible for deploying and implementing the automated M-Files system so that the company's processes can be smooth in terms of approval, ensuring that they are correctly registered in the software and performing the update and optimization of the administrative aspect of the software.
**More specifically, you will have to:**
+ Carry out needs analysis and prioritize requests
+ Document the project deployment plan and review user manuals
+ Document processes upstream and downstream of workflow creation
+ Keep the knowledge base up to date
+ Configure workflows and metadata maps
+ Oversee and manage the deployment, testing period, corrections and implementation of workflows
+ Assume a front-line advisory role with users and super-users.
+ Write training plans and train users
+ Manage classes (metadata)
+ Manage access and user groups
+ Import/create users
+ Process user tickets
+ Develop the tools
**Qualifications**
+ Experience with document management software (M-Files)
+ Knowledge of business processes in the naval industry (an asset)
+ Be comfortable with process mapping
+ University degree in a related field
+ Rigor, ability to synthesize and customer focus
+ Mobilizing leadership
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
+ Fluency in French (written and oral) and intermediate level English (written and oral)
