M&A Manager
Overview PepsiCo’s Corporate M&A team is responsible for generating, managing and executing mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic activities across all of PepsiCo’s business units. The M&A manager role will provide the unique opportunity to collaborate on PepsiCo’s inorganic agenda, solve complex strategic problems, and work with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Support PepsiCo divisions' business leaders, senior corporate executives and strategy teams to screen, analyze and develop M&A strategy and pipeline Collaborate with business and functional teams to synthesize industry/category dynamics and all aspects of the business case development (strategic rationale, financial analyses) to evaluate opportunities Lead cross-functional team to execute a wide range of strategic activities, including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments Influence key decision makers to create internal alignment Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
