Description We are looking for a dedicated Contract Specialist to support an M& A Integration project in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position that requires a highly organized individual with expertise in managing contracts and data integration processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret legal terms and conditions within contracts to ensure accurate data extraction. • Organize contract details and attributes systematically into Excel files for streamlined access. • Facilitate the uploading of contract data into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive information and managing data processes. • Collaborate proactively with team members to address challenges and improve workflows. • Utilize technical proficiency to navigate tools and systems efficiently. • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures during integration tasks. • Drive continuous improvement in data management and integration practices. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and clarify requirements. Requirements • Proven ability to interpret and analyze legal terms within contracts. • Strong organizational skills with experience in data management processes. • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce for data handling and integration. • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information. • Demonstrated ability to communicate proactively and effectively with team members. • Tech-savvy, capable of navigating various software tools and systems. • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M& A) is highly desirable.
