As an experienced M&A Operations Integration PMO you will join our highly skilled Service Strategy and Enablement Team. The successful candidate is responsible for leading the integration project management for our Service Operations Team while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a proven track record of hands-on planning and project management skills, preferably with M&A integration experience.
What you'll be doing:
Integration Project Management- Develop, plan and manage a robust integration plans for Operations in alignment with overall business strategy
- Oversee and execute all aspects of deliverables for Operations Monitor and report on integration activities and mitigate risks to deliverables
Stakeholder Management- Partner closely with other functions including Commercial, Tech, HR and Finance to execute cross-functional deliverables
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to unblock risks and dependencies
Value Realization- Supports Director and Integration Team with synergy realisation and budget cadence Coordinate and enable data readiness for financial and operational analysis
What we're looking for:
Proven track record in leading complex M&A or relevant integration projects, ideally with experience working in BPOs and contact centersExtremely hands-on organizational, planning and project management skillsStrong stakeholder management and communications skillsHighly analytical with ability to manage synergies, budgets and plansExtensive experience working in a global, and highly matrixed environmentSmartsheet skills are a must-have
