ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in leading and executing high-value M&A transactions across the entire deal lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
M&A Execution
Support and lead end-to-end M&A transactions Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, synergy analysis) Drive due diligence processes across all workstreams (finance, tax, legal, commercial, product/tech, etc.), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Prepare investment memos and presentations for the executive team and BoardMarket Mapping & Sourcing
Proactively identify and map potential acquisition targets across priority markets Conduct outreach to targets (working with local Fever teams and advisors) and manage early-stage conversations Build and maintain detailed market overviews and M&A pipelinesStrategic & Commercial Assessment
Analyze market trends, business models, and strategic fit for potential acquisitions Support commercial and operational due diligence with data analysis and modeling Benchmark and assess potential synergies (cost and revenue) and post-deal integration opportunitiesCross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Strategy, Product, and local operations to ensure transaction success and integration Contribute to broader strategic initiatives (e.g. international expansion, new vertical assessments, capital allocation)
ABOUT YOU
4–6+ years of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or in-house corporate development (experience in high-growth companies is a plus) Academic background in Engineering (Civil, Aeronautics, Industrial, or related) from a top-tier university. Additional business/finance education (e.g. Master’s, MBA, CFA) is a plus Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, multiples) Solid understanding of accounting, financial statements, and deal structuring Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing advisors (legal, financial, tax, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to defend recommendations to senior management Fluency in English and Spanish (other European languages a plus). Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
