Essential Responsibilities
Lead site operations with a focus on defined targets & objectives in safety, delivery, quality, cost, inventory and productivity in that order.Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standardsManage and develop GE exempt and hourly unionized workforce with a strong emphasis on strengthening relationships with customers and partnering on improvement activities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive waste elimination through use of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals.Evolve strategic plan for the site to continually raise the bar in safety, technology, automation and productivity.Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 years plant management distribution, logistics or related experienceDesired Characteristics
