**What you’ll do:**
Comprehensive LVSA post-order processing, coordination of customer projects from order to delivery
"Coordination and management of customer orders from order to delivery.
Monitoring material procurement and availability to ensure on-time production.
Interface between customers, suppliers and internal departments to clarify requirements and problems.
Planning and monitoring of delivery dates and project deadlines.
Creation and maintenance of order documentation,
Identification and implementation of improvements in order management processes.
Controlling costs as part of order processing.
Assisting customers with enquiries and problems throughout the order process.
end-to-end process of ordering, receiving, fulfilling and tracking an order placed by the customer (CSO’s)
Troubleshooting in purchase processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement
Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
CI from all the mentioned topics
**Qualifications:**
Commercial or technical education (electrical or mechanical engineering)
At least 5 years experience in order or project management
**Skills:**

• Basic technical understanding • Problem solving skills and technical affinity
• Good knowledge of planning and implementing switchgear
• Sound knowledge of switch cabinet construction and the associated processes
• Confident handling of MS Office & SAP or comparable ERP programme is an advantage"
