Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30am -4pm

We're expanding our team with a Remote Nurse Team Manager—an LVN or LPN with leadership experience—who will guide staff in executing high-impact outreach and support initiatives while fostering a culture of clinical excellence.


Role Summary

As our current manager transitions into a director-level role, we're seeking a capable and compassionate LVN/LPN to take on the day-to-day management of a nursing team, encompassing 5–6 remote staff. You'll provide clear operational direction, oversee clinical workflows, and ensure team alignment with program goals and contractual obligations.

Core ResponsibilitiesLead distribution of daily assignments by 7:00 AM to ensure timely outreach and care deliverySupervise remote staff engaged in:Insurance program outreachPatient scheduling and educationDisease and medication adherence supportCollaborate with our Clinical Nurse Trainer to update training guides and implement quarterly reviewsMonitor live metrics, call volumes, and performance dashboards to ensure standards are metProvide direction on adverse therapy events, including suicide risk protocols for sensitive medicationsEnsure welcome calls and documentation align with manufacturer complianceReview time-off requests, resolve team challenges, and manage daily workflowsGuide upcoming program launches (August, September, January 2026), helping ensure seamless executionAttend meetings and participate in strategic planning with leadership Required QualificationsLVN or LPN license, with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience2+ years of telephonic nursing, with strong remote communication skillsPrior experience managing a team of 5+ clinical professionals remotelyDemonstrated ability to handle performance metrics, quality reviews, and operational trackingKnowledge of utilization management, case management, and specialty pharmacy workflows Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
