**LVN – Family Care 18236** _Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together_ ******* **Work location:** Texas Health Family Care 18235 3600 FM 2181 Ste 100 Hickory Creek, Tx 75065 & Texas Health Family Care 18236 2012 FM 407 Ste 100 Lewisville, Tx 75077 (Two Locations One Commitment – Travel is less than 25% and based on clinic need) **Work hours:** Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday – Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm **Family Care 18236 highlights:** · Fast-paced, high volume Family Practice · Strong teamwork and collaboration · Clinic offers growth & development on Quality Measures with hands on training for success · Half Day Fridays **Here’s What You Need** **Education** · Accredited school of practical nursing program (Required) **Experience** · One year of experience (Preferred) **Licenses and Certifications** · LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse (Required) And · ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required) Or · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required) **What You Will Do** · Perform basic nursing care for patients by following established standards and procedures.
