Job Description MUST SIT IN SOCAL. Remote position. Insight Global Health is looking for an Inpatient LVN Case Manager to work for a large healthcare client of ours in Irvine, CA. Their day-to-day will consist of discharge planning, post-discharge calls, reviews, contacting doctors, authorizations for patients, and coordinating care. They will be handling a caseload of between 20-25 cases a day (running high right now). This candidate must have an excellent phone presence as they will be spending a lot of time on the phone remotely. This is a fully remote position, after hours shift - 5pm-1:30am. 3 weekends working during the month, Holidays included.
