What you will do: 

Managing the daily operations of Lung King Heen, the world’s first Chinese restaurant to be awarded the coveted Michelin three-star rating, including planning, organizing and directing the team members and resources for profitable operation, while ensuring exceptional quality of services 

Lead and manage all team members’ performance to provide service on exceptional level 

Coordinate daily operations between service team and kitchen team 

Develop and maintain elegant restaurant environment, dedicated to an attentive and distinctive dining experience 

Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and techniques 

Communicate with Chef and F&B Director to discuss food menus, marketing strategies and follow up with guest comments 

Create detailed revenue and expenses reports on weekly, monthly and annual basis 

Regularly review product quality and research new vendors 

Promote great public relations and handle guests complaints 

Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, minimize operational costs 

Prepare staff schedule which allows for appropriate service while controlling labor costs and overtime 

Complete all accident reports promptly 

 

What you bring: 

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

Essential to have 2 to 3 years management experience at Cantonese fine-dining restaurant which is Michelin-starred  

Thorough knowledge of product & services, cost & labor controls  

Strong leadership and organizational skill 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Flexible to work on Split shift (restaurant opening hours from 12:00nn-3:00pm and 6:00pm-10:30pm)
