Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to determine the quality and grade of each board on the production line.

Responsibilities:

Accurately grade green and kiln-dried lumberInspect rift, quartersawn, and flat sawn boardsWork primarily with 4/4 and 5/4 thicknessesIdentify and sort different wood speciesMaintain consistent grading standards throughout the shift

Education: High School

High school diploma or GEDNHLA Certificate

Experience: 12 months

Related Experience: Lumber Grading, Detail oriented
