This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **Job Location:** Fort Worth, TX **Job Type:** Full Time **Shifts Available:** 3rd **Compensation:** $28.00/hr **Benefits Information** + Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance + Health and Wellness Incentives + Paid Vacation and Holidays + 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions + Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) + Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Tuition Reimbursement + Employee Discounts **Principal Accountabilities** + Ensure that all equipment is lubricated to meet NLGI standards/OEM specifications + Conduct oil analysis (checking for metal fragments, water intrusion and other contaminants) + Diagnose bearing and wear surface failure and set action plans to correct failures + Maintain all gearboxes to operating levels and notify Maintenance Lead of any leaking seals or excessive noise + Maintain cleanliness ISO standards for all hydraulic units, pull oil samples on schedules and document results + Maintain auto lubrication lines, including plumbing and inspection for damaged or leaking fittings + Use maintenance software (SAP) for writing work orders + Maintain lubrication cabinets, tools, and equipment + Work with other mechanics, leads or supervisors who have priority work needing to be completed **Required Qualifications** + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship + Must be 18 years or older + Previous Maintenance experience + Ability to read, write, and speak English + High School Diploma or equivalent is required **Preferred Qualifications** + One or more years of experience as a Lubrication Technician strongly preferred + Experience with equipment maintenance preferred + Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred + Formalized/technical training is preferred **Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.** Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link (https://career2.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=309514&company=cargill&locale=en\_US) to create a login to apply.
