Principal Accountabilities

Ensure that all equipment is lubricated to meet NLGI standards/OEM specifications
Conduct oil analysis (checking for metal fragments, water intrusion and other contaminants)Diagnose bearing and wear surface failure and set action plans to correct failuresMaintain all gearboxes to operating levels and notify Maintenance Lead of any leaking seals or excessive noiseMaintain cleanliness ISO standards for all hydraulic units, pull oil samples on schedules and document resultsMaintain auto lubrication lines, including plumbing and inspection for damaged or leaking fittingsUse maintenance software (SAP) for writing work ordersMaintain lubrication cabinets, tools, and equipmentWork with other mechanics, leads or supervisors who have priority work needing to be completed

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderPrevious Maintenance experienceAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required


Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of experience as a Lubrication Technician strongly preferred Experience with equipment maintenance preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment preferredFormalized/technical training is preferred
