Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor LTAMDS/GhostEye Localization Lead. As the LTAMDS/GhostEye Localization Lead, you will lead the globalization strategy and provide offset/localization across the program. You will be responsible for working through the Raytheon operations and supply chain and partnering with engineering and the production teams to develop strategies for integrating an international supply into LTAMDS and GhostEye variants. You will work with customer nations to develop joint partnerships to increase Raytheon Technologies localization and offset efforts for the LTAMDS product line and be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap for LTAMDS localization opportunities.
You will report directly to the LTAMDs International Program Director. You will work closely with the Program Managers and fellow team members within the LTAMDS Production PM area as well as the LTAMDS Cross Functional and Integrated Product Teams to successfully execute/support the localization initiatives across the portfolio.
**What You Will Do**
+ Further the development of existing localization projects and develop new projects
+ Be accountable to overall program execution of localization efforts including technical, cost, and schedule
+ Be accountable to lead a matrixed cross functional team in the creation of projects, supplier development, program planning, and partnering opportunities
+ Lead proposal efforts for offset/localization projects delivered to both USG and customer nation offset authorities
+ Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and functional organizations (organized in an Agile team framework) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions
+ Establish and build strong customer and industry partner relationships
+ Acts as empowered authority to accomplish LTAMDS International Program objectives
+ Expected to travel domestically and internationally as required
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is required
+ Experience in one or more of the following: program management, international programs, supply chain, engineering, and/or production
+ Experience in preparing proposals, estimates, or other contract deliverable items
+ Leadership experience
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Program Management Certification Level 4 or higher (or external equivalency)
+ Demonstrated success in strategic planning and ability to analyze and evaluate data necessary for critical decision making
+ Ability to manage, track, and report metrics and progress through EAC reviews, program reviews, and finance reviews or equivalent process reviews
+ Experience leading and/or supporting large complex proposal activities with working knowledge of U.S. requirements and acquisition processes
+ Understanding of various contract types including domestic, FMS, DCS, Cost-Plus, FFP and FPIF, and how to execute within a mixed program

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
