Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
Join a dynamic healthcare team providing licensed practical nursing support in allergy or multi-specialty settings across various locations in Fairfield County. This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate patient care, travel between offices, and support for end-of-day appointments.
Responsibilities
+ Provide patient care in both allergy and multi-specialty settings.
+ Travel between locations including Norwalk, Ridgefield, Danbury, and New Milford.
+ Maintain flexibility in scheduling to support appointments, particularly those at the end of the day.
+ Work independently across multiple sites as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Current LPN license.
+ Experience in medical office or in-patient hospital settings.
+ Proficiency with electronic health records.
+ Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Willingness to travel between office locations.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Willingness to participate in shadowing sessions as part of the interview process.
Work Environment
This role offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility until 6:30 PM. The work environment is patient-centered and dynamic, with a supportive, team-oriented culture. Employees benefit from 2 weeks of PTO, 5 sick days, paid major holidays, and a generous 401(k) match. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $70720.00/yr.
