Responsibilities The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care consistent with the goals and philosophy of Ardent Healthcare System and with standards of nursing practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Oklahoma. LPN is responsible for assisting the physician and physician’s assistant to provide direct patient care and health teaching designed to meet the age/developmental specific needs of the health care clients. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate from a school of Licensed Practical Nursing. Must possess a current Oklahoma License as a Licensed Practical Nursing. At least one year experience in direct patient care. Must obtain and maintain a current certification in CPR.
