LVN– HOME HEALTH

Schedule: Full time Day Shift
Possible Service Locations: will travel/service around the Santa Monica/West LA area, possibly in and around West Hollywood
Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

Required qualifications:

Sufficient for license.Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse.Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.Within 60 days of hire: IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification.1 year Prior experience as an LVN

Preferred qualifications:

6 months Experience in home care.
