Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of LPN for our Athens Family Practice department. Thisjobis permanent, full-time.
*Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:*
* Under the direction of the physician, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the physician.
* Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given.
* Assists physician with development of plan of care.
* Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with physician, patient, and families.
* Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

*Minimum Education*Completion of LP/LV Nurse program (Diploma or Associate's): □ Preferred X RequiredLimited Liability Radiography Certification: X Preferred □ Required

LPN/LVN License in the State of TN or another compact state
*Required Skills*Certifications:The below certifications will be required at the time of hire:X Basic Life Support (BLS)
