Support includes RN, Director Nursing, Regional Nursing, CNA, Social Work, Actitvities and Memoy Care programs. Nursing schedule includes; + 64 hours every 2 weeks + Evening shift; 12 hour shift, Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights + Every weekend rotation + Fully benefit eligible; includes DHS education scholarships Lake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota. Join our experienced healthcare professionals and help us expand our TCU unit. **Responsibilities:** + Provides professional nursing cares and treatments + Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff + Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status **Required:** + MN LPN licensure + AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers + BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
