Job Description:
  Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons.  
Qualifications: Licensed LPN in the State of Missouri - required 1+ years' experience as an LPN - preferred Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred Effective written and verbal communication Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation Clean background, drug screen, and driving record​
