Lourdes Orthopedics Johnson City Pavilion   Guthrie Lourdes is hiring for a compassionate and skilled LPN to work directly with one of our renowned orthopedic surgeons at our Johnson City Pavilion location. In this full-time position, you will work directly in the office three days/week rooming patients, assisting the provider with suture removal, casting and injections. The other two days/week, you will work with the provider during cases in the operating room helping to scribe. This full-time position is eligible for benefits and up to a $15,000.00 sign on bonus for eligible candidates.
