*LPN, Cardiac Rehab Department* Job Type: Full Time, Day Shift Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. *Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:* * Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
