Why consider this straight weekends position?
Work only two days a week: You'll fulfill two 12-hour shifts each week between Friday at 6 p.m. and Monday at 6:30 a.m.
Earn premium pay: Receive 1.5x your base hourly rate for weekend hours, with overtime rates applying for hours exceeding 40 per week.

Your commitment: Participants hired in to this program must work a minimum of 96 weekend shifts annually, with adherence to Logan Health's policies and standards.
What you'll be doing:
Provide hands-on nursing care—you’ll support patients with assessments, medications, and treatments under the direction of an RN and provider orders.
Be a calming, consistent presence—you’ll help maintain dignity, comfort, and confidentiality for residents while respecting their individual needs.
Keep things running smoothly—you’ll document care clearly, share important updates with the team, and make sure your patients’ needs are always front and center.
Support your team and your unit—you’ll help maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
Make a real impact—you’ll be part of delivering compassionate care in a long-term setting where relationships matter and your work is deeply valued.
What need to have:
Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
Current BLS certification required as applicable to assigned area(s).
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. You are detail oriented, professional, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
A respectful and confidential approach to care and collaboration. You manage sensitive situations with tact, use technology comfortably, and contribute positively to a supportive work environment.

Shift:
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week. Night shift (12-hour shifts) between Friday 6:00 p.m. - Monday 6:30 a.m.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
