Your Role: Occupational Therapist

As a home care OT, you’ll bring clinical expertise and compassion directly to patients’ homes. You’ll help them regain independence and improve quality of life using advanced tools and personalized care plans.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapy in patients’ homesUtilize remote monitoring and virtual care toolsCollaborate with a dedicated care teamEmpower patients to achieve their health goals

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programEligible for NBCOT certification1+ year of experience (or 6–8 weeks with a preceptor)Home health experience preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationTech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated
