Available Units: **Food and Nutrition Unit** _Dietary Aide/Assistant Position Summary_ : Performs variety of tasks related to food service. Provides customer service to visitors, patients, and staff by serving consistent food products. Processes diet orders, nourishment, supplements, tube feedings and requests for additional menu items. Communicates with patients, nurses, dietitians and co-workers regarding dietary needs of patients. Edits menu for compliance with diet orders and assists with tray line activities when needed. _Cook Position Summary:_ Prepares, seasons and cooks various foods for consumption in cafeteria or patient rooms.
