About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, customer-centric professional to join EF’s Marketing Strategy and Loyalty team, supporting both EF Educational Tours and EF Explore America. This dynamic team plays a critical role in building brand loyalty by creating meaningful experiences that extend far beyond our customers’ student travel programs. As a Loyalty Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of reinforcing positive customer behaviors through targeted incentive programs, exceptional communication, and seamless support. Your efforts will directly impact customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement as we work toward EF’s objective to double our impact. In this role, you’ll collaborate across our Loyalty team, other EF products, and within internal ET and EA departments—including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Travel—to execute cross-functional initiatives that elevate the customer experience and deepen long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Support EF Educational Tours and EF Explore America as the primary rewards liaison for customers and internal teams, offering timely, professional and solutions-driven support via phone, email and online chat. Provide clear guidance on our Global Rewards Program, answer inquiries, and process payments with accuracy and efficiency. Manage and track customer redemptions and reward activity using internal CRM tools and through collaboration with multiple internal teams (EA, ET, EF World Journeys, EF Language Abroad, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams to execute incentive programs, including applying earned bonuses to customer accounts. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and the overall customer journey. Collaborate with the Travel Team to support personal travel bookings for customers. Lead or support cross-functional projects aligned with strategic Loyalty team goals and customer engagement initiatives. Who you are: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality. Adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset. A natural communicator—clear, friendly, approachable, and professional. Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and driven by a solutions-focused approach. Highly collaborative, with experience working across departments to drive shared goals.
