This position focuses on coordinating program operations, analyzing performance, and collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless and rewarding experience for our Members.
Reporting to the Loyalty Program Manager, the coordinator helps ensure timely execution of offers, accurate reporting, and successful implementation of new program features.
What You'll Do:• Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting on the performance of the Loyalty program and select offers, ensuring accurate, timely execution with minimal direction
• Actively contribute knowledge, ideas, and perspectives to Loyalty program value propositions and feature implementations
• Coordinate issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders using ticketing systems
• Validate program and offer setup, including QA and offer submissions
• Test new features and capabilities in various environments
• Participate in, document, and distribute meeting notes related to the Loyalty Program from both internal and external partners
• Assist in defining business requirements for new program features and capabilities
• Draft and publish communications to store teams regarding program and offer updates
• Support creation and revisions of Loyalty program documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising and Information Technology (IT), to support Loyalty initiatives
• Cross-train with the Loyalty Program Content Coordinator to support development of marketing assets (e.g., in-store signage, social media, paid media, OOH)
• Responsibilities are subject to change, given the needs of the Loyalty program and business evolution
At a minimum, what you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products, with a focus on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience using ticketing and reporting systemsKnowledge of program testing and quality assurance processes and procedures, and a demonstrated record of their executionAbility to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teamsDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability as program needs evolveGuest-centric mindset and attention to detailPreferred qualifications:
