KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n\nOversee the entire operation of the lounge, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.\nLead, manage, and develop all lounge  staff, including operations, maintenance, and event-day personnel, fostering a highly skilled and customer-focused team.\nCoordinate the planning and execution of all events hosted at the lounge, ensuring seamless logistics, client satisfaction, and adherence to event specifications.\nManage the lounge's budget, control operational costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.\nEnsure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, and licensing regulations for the venue and all hosted events.\nImplement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new business and enhance the venue's reputation and visibility.\n\n\n

WHO YOU ARE:

\n\nA hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury venues management or F&D management.\nA natural leader who motivates teams to exceed expectations and grow professionally.\nExceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail and high operational standards.\nGuest-centric with strong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAdaptable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering unforgettable service experiences.\nFinancially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and maximizing revenue.\nFluent in English; additional languages are a plus.\n\n\n
