Job Descriptions: United Recovery & Remarketing is seeking a motivated Part-timeLot Coordinator to join our Kansas City, MO, team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include: + Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos + Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles + Complete condition reports in a timely manner + Prep vehicles for transport to auction + Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property + Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot + Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor This is an entry-level position, starting at $18-$19/hour --- Sign-on Bonus paid out monthly in $100 increments *Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring. Required Experience: + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred + Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment screening + Must be at least 18 years of age + Ability to drive vehicles with standard and manual transmission + Basic computer skills required + Good verbal and written communication + Requires good time management and organizational skills + Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather Physical Requirements: + Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping + Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds + Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Physical Work Environment: + Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
