Clutch is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our Production team!  In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing Clutch’s ability to quickly list newly acquired inventory. As a member of Clutch’s onboarding crew, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a team of hardworking, talented individuals looking to reinvent the pre-owned vehicle sale process.

What You’ll Do

Safely move vehicles in and out of the lot

Park and organize vehicles efficiently to maintain lot order

Assist the production managers in keeping the lot clean and well-maintained

Monitor lot inventory and report any discrepancies or issues

Assist with basic lot maintenance and cleanliness

Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding vehicle locations

Follow all safety protocols and company policies when operating vehicles

Help coordinate vehicle movement during busy periods 

All About You

Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail

Careful and safe when operating vehicles

Works well independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working on feet and outdoors in various weather conditions

Punctual with a positive, can-do attitude

Holds a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in vehicle movement or lot coordination

Able to drive manual transmission
