Loss Prevention Agent

Adecco is seeking a dedicated **Loss Prevention Associate (LP)** to join the Ross Distribution Center team in Buckeye, AZ. The LPA’s primary purpose is to protect associates and company assets by supporting a **safety-first culture** . You will proactively enforce facility safety and security processes, conduct audits, respond to incidents, and assist in preventing accidents and loss.
**Pay:** $ 19.92/hr
**Schedule:** 2nd Shift | 1:30 PM – 1:00 AM | Wednesday–Sunday (Mondays & Tuesdays off)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct safety and security audits, patrols, and incident response
+ Manage access control, guard shack operations, and monitor site security
+ Investigate and resolve security matters, including theft or workplace incidents
+ Partner with departments and emergency officials to ensure a safe environment
+ Support positive morale and teamwork while maintaining confidentiality
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
+ Strong judgment, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
+ Experience using security systems, CCTV, and access control tools
+ Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule
+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to work in a warehouse environment on concrete floors
+ Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
+ Timely and regular attendance required

**Pay Details:** $19.92 per hour
