Job Description

The Loss Drafts Documentation & Payment Associate is responsible for assisting the team in performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, working loss draft queues, and handling disbursement of claim funds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Validating claim-related documents with precisionProcessing documents and working through loss draft queuesUpdating records and systems with clear, concise notesHandling the disbursement of claim fundsSupporting the team to meet client needs and service level agreements

What You Bring to the Table:

High School Diploma or GEDStrong computer skills and familiarity with MS OfficeEffective verbal and written communication skillsExperience in insurance, finance, or banking is a plus (but not required)0–2+ years of experience

Compensation

Starting Compensation for this role is at $19 per hour.
