Candidates with additional professional qualifications would fit well into a large and diverse team of adjusters and support. It is expected that you will quickly become a key member of that team, undertaking a broad range of loss adjusting and insurance-based instructions, dealing with a variety of claims. **_Responsibilities:_** + Deliver professional and excellent service when completing site assessments, interacting with customers and clients. + Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders. + Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation. + Verify the nature and extend of loss/ damage. + Contributing to the further growth and success of the company. **_Requirements:_** + 2 years insurance loss adjusting experience or equivalent work experience. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. + Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent.
